Victims Center “March for Justice”

The Gambia Center for Victims of Human Rights Violations (Victim’s Center) in collaboration with CSOs in The Gambia is organizing a “March for Justice” to pressurize the government to bring former President Yaya Jammeh to Justice to account for all the human rights violations committed during his regime between July 1994 and January 2017.
The March is slated for Saturday, 25th January 2020 from Westfield to Alliance Franco from 08:00 – 13:00 hrs.
This press release serves as an open invitation for all to be part of the call for Justice for victims. Come out in large numbers.

The Gambia Centre for Victims of Human Rights Violations will continue to work with relevant partners to facilitate justice for victims, through national, regional and international mechanisms to ensure that peace continues to prevail in the country.
